If you must import into an existing folder: NOTE: In some cases it is required that the folder name not already exist in Picasa. You can select to create folders by the date the photo was taken, to create a folder with Today's Date, or you can name the folder. Select the specific folder in 'Folder Title' to Import the photos into (#3). This will usually be My Pictures unless it has been changed in the Tools menu > Options > General tab. Select the destination folder on your computer for your new photos, from the 'Import to' drop-down menu (#2) at the bottom left. Of course, not all your photos reside on your computer, so the two methods below outline using the Picasa Import Tool, and using Windows Explorer. Picasa is simply finding the photos and building a small database of info about your photos.Īfter Picasa is done with its scan of the computer, your photos will be right where they were before, and they'll still be completely accessible to any and all programs on the computer. Picasa is not modifying or changing the photos in any way. Picasa is not moving the photos anywhere. Picasa is not uploading the photos to any web sites. This characteristic makes Picasa very fast even with large sets of photos. When you browse around in folders or albums or do searches, Picasa uses this database so it can show you any information instantly without having to access the real photo at all unless you want to edit or change it. This index is called the Database, and it contains information on and a thumbnail of all photos it finds. It scans your computer in the folders you select and builds an INDEX of the locations of your photos in the original locations it finds them. Picasa is a photo management and editing program. NOTE: Do not import folders that are already on your computer hard drive. Importing is the process of acquiring photos and videos from sources and/or devices external to your computer hard drives and copying them into folders on your computer so Picasa can find and index them. A proper technique for when you must take drastic measures in your work. The extreme ultra productivity result, all without losing concentration, skill, and ability. You inevitably have more time, as you don’t spend time on breakfast, lunch, snacking or dinner. It’s true that with alkaline water, the chances of urinating multiply by three, at least. By continuously hydrating the body, you spend more time in the bathroom than in any other place. What happens when you feed yourself with alkaline water for more than 100 hours? This is something that I experienced. Then I thought to take it a little further and extend it for a little more than four days, to hundred-hour fast drinking only alkaline water.Ī one hundred hour fast with alkaline water only – I found the idea intriguing, at least try it and feel the effects. In this way, the body, the mind, and spirit would be clean and, at the same time, activate and strengthen the immune system. However, this changed when in one of the practices with Ric, he advised that I try fasting once a week, but with alkaline water only. Something that had already been done in the last three weeks. This test started from one of the components that I added to my high-performance system, a day of fasting a week. More than 100 hours of drinking only that type of water. It consisted of four days without eating or drinking anything other than alkaline water with PH 9.8. In the perpetual search for a high-performance state, new learning and margins to explore, I finished a small test. What happened, before, during and after, 20 days of radical fasting (experiment) - Including updates 18 months and 4 years laterįebruary 18th, 2019 / Experiment, High-Performance.
